How far in advance do I need to place my order?
I can only accept a few orders a week so it would be best to place your order at least 2-3 weeks in advance or as soon as possible so that I can reserve your event date. In other words..the sooner the better!
What do you require to reserve a date?
In order to schedule your cake on your event date a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. Without the deposit, we will not hold your date. Priority will be given to the paying customer.
When are final payments due?
All final payments are due 1 week prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date the cake may be cancelled.
Can changes be made to my order?
Yes, but I would ask that you please try not to make changes after a week before your event date. I will do my best to accommodate any change requests after that date, but I cannot guarantee it. Please note that certain changes made to an order may be subject to additional charges.
How many flavors may I choose?
You may choose 1 flavor for each tier or per dozen cupcakes.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Free local delivery (West Melbourne, Melbourne, and Palm Bay) is included in cake orders where the cake is 2+ tiers. Delivery of smaller cakes as well as cookies and/or cupcakes is available at a fee, depending on destination. Delivery and set up for wedding cakes will have a $25 minimum delivery fee.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes. Please note, however, if you elect to pickup and set up your cake order, you assume all responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves my possession. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. Also, it is best to have it sit on a level/flat surface to avoid sliding. I do everything in my power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly.
Will my order be in a box?
All cookies and cupcakes come boxed, as well as cakes that are 2 tiers or smaller. Any cakes over 2 tiers, as well as some larger sized cakes, may not come in a box.

Store at room temperature until ready to serve.
